Like other Muslim intellectuals, Mohammed Arkon, an Algerian intellectual and contemporary Quran researcher, has been concerned with reforming and deducing religious concepts. One of these concerns is the method of understanding religious and Quranic concepts. This approach commences with a revision and rereading of the ancient heritage in this area and then being affected with new humanities studies related to Quranic studies of the intellectual revolution and structural reforms in modernist conceptions and the tendency to modernity, it ends in understanding Qur'anic interpretation and sciences. The following readings are observed in his works: 1. faithful reading. historical reading 3. linguistic reading 4. semiotic reading. The present study attempts to study Arkoun's methodology in Qura'nic studies using a descriptive-analytical method. The important achievement of the research is that it attempts to make a relation between the existing methods in the new world in the methodical understanding of the Qur'an and the theology. However, this effort eventually fails to provide a coherent structure in this respect.

In the verses of the Qur'an, in addition to the expressions whose appearance transfers the meaning of the words, some others imply impressions beyond these words referred to as shadows of meaning – Dhilalolma'ni. There are also signs such as the substitution of some vocabularies, advancement and deferral, antonym words that direct the Qur'anic researchers to reflect on them and to explain these concepts; therefore, the Qur'an exegetes frequently use this exegetical method citing this type of expressions in interpreting the noble verses of the Qur'an. Using Fakhr Rāzi's exegetical approach and a descriptive-analytical research method in discovering the exegete's meaning shadows, some verses and expressions are analyzed and their related evidences and documentations are dichotomized. Among the research findings, it is proven that Fakhr Rāzi, based on the non-verbal signs such as lexical or syntactic substitution, and advancement and deferral, has stated the implied shadow meaning in some verses. Similarly, the substitution method is used more frequently in the method of discovering expressions shadows of meaning.

Human's deeds lead to his happiness and sufferings or miseries in this mundane world and the hereafter as he awaits an eternal life. Thus his deeds in this world as the supply of the heaeafter are signifiacnt. To systematize the addresses' minds and to provoke mental development on him, the Qur'an get advantage of extensive semantic network. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the researcher is to study the semantic scope of good deeds and virtues in the Qur'an based on Izutu's theory – a lexical analysis in the Qur'anic view to words in the micro and macro juxtaposition and substitution. The research findings revealed that the semantic scope of good deds and virtues is among the most frequent Qour'anic words. Based on Izutsu's semantic theory, there is an absolute general-specific semantic relationship between these words, as the semantic scope of virtues are general which includes good deeds and rewards while some virtues are not regarded as good deeds.

One of the most fundamental infrastructures in cognitive semantics is the application of pictorial schemas and pictorial metaphores. Pictorial schemas are often the result of human's interaction with the exterior world which are formed in the formats of abstract concepts andare considered as basic instruments for understanding many mental concepts. This research has investigated the pictorial shemas in the thirthieth section of the Holy Qur'an. Such schemas are often adaptive to religious literary texts because of being universal and flexible. The current research is to answer this qouestion that to what extant such pictorial shemas which are used most frequently in the thirthieth section of the Holy Qur'an are categorized into three categories of "kinestic, volumetric, and power"? To what extant such schemas could be considered as proper patterns for studying the Qur'anic metaphors? After giving definitions about pictorial schemas and pictorial metaphores from a cognitive semantics, the researchers have discussed principles of conceptual metaphors and the different schemas used in the thirthieth section of the Holy Qur'an. The next stage is to collect data and instances based on this concept from the verses of thirthieth section of the Holy Qur'an using a descriptive-analytical reearch method. The findings of the research show that the observed infrastructure of metaphors in the selected verses contains different schemas which is a sample instance for the norms and anomalities mentioned in the Qur'an through use of metaphoes containing schemas of force, barrier, resolving the barriers, route change or divergence, reciprocal force, absorption and traction, and ability which all are adaptive and adminstrative based on this pattern.

Studying the trend of Muslim scholars' intellectual modernism in line with a re-reading of Islamic sciences has caused to a new trend in the recent century. This trend first developed in accordance with the approach of European civilizations achievements in the spectrum of scientific and epistemological principles among Arab Muslim intellectual modernism. This phenomenon was faced with welcoming new studies in humanities such as structuralism, linguistics, semantics, anthropology, and other affiliated sciences to them by a number of outstanding contemporary Arab intellectuals such as Hassan Hanafi, Hāmed Abouzayd, Nasr, Muhammad Abed Aljāberi, and Muhammad Arkoun known as new-E'tizalis. To voice the misgivings against the problems raised for the confrontation of Islam and modernity, it led to a review of tradition and ancient heritage as well as the origins of religious beliefs and reception of epistemological patterns and modern Western world achievements and their applications in the scientific and intellectual Islamic treasures. Deploying a descriptive-analytical research method and studying the criteria and fundamental factors of modernity and knowing its historical backgrounds, the researcher studies its effects on modernism movement and criticism of religious discourse in Islamic communities. Thus, the general views of new-E'tizlis are discussed so that a new perspective and a fairs judgment to the knowledge, analysis and criticism of this influential movement in the contemporary era are presented.

Aesthetics is one of the most important pillars of literature, which includes various aspects of the text, such as sounds, words, compositions, syntax, music, and imagination, which rhetoric is responsible for in literary texts. Although Sahifa Sajjadieh is known as a book of prayers and supplications to God, but it is distinguished by a literary and expressive style that, while simple and psychological, has special artistic beauties. On the one hand, prayer is a matter of conscience and inner being that is intertwined with the beauties of the human soul and psyche, and on the other hand, because prayer is addressed to God, this inner experience is directly related to the eternal source that is the source of all beauties. There is no doubt that all the aesthetic dimensions are reflected in Imam Khomeini's words, but the present study will examine some of the aesthetic effects in some passages of Sajjadieh in the form of expressive arrays and the music in it in an analytical manner and wait. It is concluded that Imam Sajjad (AS) by using various literary and expressive elements in order to beautify the text and create a link between the sciences of rhetoric and meaning and the creation of pleasant music has been able to play the role of aesthetics along with the role of meaning. He has succeeded in bringing meanings closer to the minds of the audience and understanding them.

iciency is a relative issue which varies with respect to the objectives, equipment and particular obstacles. This criterion is of specific interest of different schools of thought and and theories. Although this school's intended theory of efficiency is not compatible with our religious issues, the term efficiency means being maximally efficient in affairs such as the exegetical approaches of the Holy Qur'an or literary studies of the text that leads to the efficiency and consistency and even a social action of such theories. This research is to answer the question that how an exegetical approach based on the criterion of efficiency, in terms of meaning and approaches, is applicable. The descriptive-analytical analysis of this issue show that the efficiency theory and the related approaches to text, writer, or interpreter following important criteria in each of these approaches could lead to the formulation of efficiency theory in the exegesis approach. Consequently, it results in quantitative and qualitative development of the Divine Book Understanding, so that the diversity of exegetical approaches and viewpoints may nor lead to the issue of relativity.
