Resistance is one of the basic principles of human life and human will never be able to live without it. Resistance is therefore necessary for human and the Quran enumerate it in the necessity of human and religious obligatory that lack of it will cause corruption on the earth.the resistance Literature that is the result of this necessity, is based on Quran. In this paper, after a brief overview of the resistance and the resistance literature, the resistance characteristics, the phenomena of resistance and the species of resistance were analyzed, to achieve Purporst of Resistance Literature in the Quran. The study shows that the Quran, enumerate the resistance,as a religious duty and necessity for the human and suppose for it features such as being religious and indigenous, being pervasive , and the sanctity. And carnal tendencies and social disorders, rulers of cruelty, occupation force and superstition, are the phenomena of resistance and observed that there is not a single species for resistance, but according to each negative phenomenon there is an especial kind of it.
