Till now, from viewpoint of the literary researchers, the marthye of Abolhassan Kasai (341 AH.) Known as the first poem of Ashoura. This ode is considered as landmark in Persian poetry because, in the history of Persian literature links with religious – Artistic issues gets more and more obvious, but up to now didn’t paying attention to literary – Artistic status of this marthye. Author with the aim of explaining the true position of first poem of Ashoura in Persian literature, at first clarified points about mistake’s, the name, religion, and poems of kasai and then by aesthetic and internal look at the rhetoric structure in this ode, dealt with analysis and evaluation on elements such as methods of taking effect the Quran and Hadith, allusions, phonetic frequency, tone and rhyme, recognizing subject with the pronouns referring, element of color, making the equation in simile and militarization and aristocratic color’s, that making the rhetoric a coherent picture and to make space of Ashoura tissue; Undoubtedly important effective.
