Today thereis not a link between Jurisprudence and Persian Poetry but it can be seen in the old Poetries espcialy in Hafez`s and Molavi`s. Their Poetriesin it`s sence are compatible with the divine speech (Qur'an).They used any instrument including Jurisprudencial expression to express their idea.
As Islam is the most compelet divine law, according to the holy Qur'an, it must be observed it Peoples`s life.So in this paper from new view point the jurisprudencial expressions have been investigated so that the depth of the Islamic laws and their wide extention be more clear and open the new horizons infront of the researchers of the Islamic laws and Iranian Poetries.
this paper show that these divine scholar`s works are full of reference directly or indirectly to the verses, Hadiths, Laws and Jurisprudencial expression.
