Abstract: The analysis of stylistic features of any literary work is one of the most important tools in determining linguistic, intellectual and literary indicators of that work which by providing detailed and well-documented information reveals the significance and worth of a literary work more than before. In this research the author tries to answer this question whether Hafez (the famous poet and mystic lived in eighth century A.H.) in composing his ghazals has been under the influence of Imam Abdullghader Gilani (the mystic, poet and the founder of Ghaderiyeh Doctrine lived in 471-561 A.H.) or not? To answer this question the author has attempted to carry out a stylistic analysis of a ghazal of Hafez and a ghazal of Imam Abdullghader Gilani and has analyzed the mentioned poems in three stages of linguistic, intellectual and literary aspects. Finally, with respect to common features between these two poems, common in rhythm, Radif, theme and intellectual level, it can be claimed that to a large extent Hafez has taken this ghazal of Imam Abdullghader Gilani into consideration.
