Abstract

The Shiite poetry of Ashura is one of the most influential branches of Islamic jurisprudence, which includes a divine and human message that is in harmony with the universal nature of mankind. Meanwhile, committed devotees, using the poetry and poem praise of God, have made their name on the eternal literature of eternity. Rajab al-Barsi is a Shi'ite literary scholar who has focused his efforts on reviving Shi'ite culture and tradition, and has made outstanding contributions to the religious community. The Divan of his poetry, who is a religious scholar in the exhortation of the Ahlul-Bayt (AS), can be regarded as the neglected part in his works; the most beautiful part of this poet's poetry is Imam Hussein (AS).The present study seeks to examine the issues with a descriptive-analytical approach and to open the door to his poems from this perspective. Studies from these pious ones show that the poet addresses such issues as: the description of the courage and bravery of Imam Hussein (AS), the expression of the enemy's cruelty, the expression of the universe from the tragedy on Imam Hussein (AS), drawing The impassioned Imam Hussein (AS), the grief and tongue of the tragic characters of the Karbala incident, the revenge of Imam Mahdi (AS), and so on., which is mainly based on his scientific background, and especially on the history of Islam, has been well versed in a realistic picture of Ashura's emancipation that emanates from his true affection.
