Abstract
Among the subjects and contents of Arabic poems during Mamelukei era, religious beliefs and teachings are very prominent. These subjects and contents have entered into Arabic poems by poets’ employing common procedures such as using Quranic verses and praising the prophet and his household. This article focuses on the works of prominent poets of this era and their use of Quranic verses and praising the prophet and his household. To achieve this goal, the article scrutinizes and compares works of great religious poets in Mamelukei era such as Safeyodin Helli, Ibn Mo’tavaq, and Bosiri.
