Abstract

The various approaches of Qur'anic interpretations have led to the emergence of various interpretations such as Ma'thoor interpretation, mystical interpretation, and the Qur'an-to-Qur'an, and literary interpretations. In the Qur'an-to-Qur'an, and literary interpretations, the exegete relies on the evidence from the Qur'anic verses and the interpretation of one verse is carried out with the aid of the other. In this research, by analyzing the interpretation of Al-Kashaf Zamakhshari, whose literary character is famous, the researcher examines the method of this commentator through description and analysis. One of the results of this research is that Zamakhshari in the literary interpretation of Al-Kashaf explains the linguistic points hidden in the text of the verses and in addition to citing lexical bases and morphological and syntactic rules and expressions, he mentions the specific customary language of the Qur'an and comments to document his opinion. In order to achieve this goal, Zamakhshari tries to make similar examples in other verses of the Qur'an and thus reveals the literary interpretation of the Qur'an by the Qur'an.
